App doesn't open. Set up password and username, click on the app to open and it just closes. Have tried several times to login and haven't been successful once yet. Useless.
Keeps crashing. App worked wonderful and now it keeps crashing and can't even open it to read the newsletter from school.
Don't get notifications
Totally poor. Also my previous response, which was obviously negative was deleted. With such a bad repute wonder why the schools are forced to use this app for communication. I get a delayed msg. When I respond to book am appointment through the app.it never goes through to the school although it shows that i have submitted the response. Its not at all a good app... but parents are literally forced into it.
Rubbish
Did work fine but now won't load at all.
Still waiting for verification email and I have not received it yet. I have also another account for my youngest child school when I click on forget the password I don't receive the email too.
Just terrible - if you try and switch between children it doesn't work, and often it just doesn't load at all and you can't see any messages. Mainly cross that the school implemented this system.
School info nor messages refuse to load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail
